- Membership benefits apply only to purchases made through the official HUMTO website.

- Membership tier is updated on the 1st of every month, based on total spending over the past 12 months.

- Tier upgrades are applied once cumulative purchases within the past year meet the criteria as of the 1st of each month.

 Only confirmed (completed) purchase amounts are reflected.

- If the cumulative amount changes as of the 1st of each month, the membership tier may be adjusted accordingly.

- Orders placed through Naver Pay or other third-party channels are not included.

- Coupons and reward points are automatically canceled upon account deletion.

- Some coupons and reward points may not be applied to certain products.

- Coupons and reward points cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.

- Once an order is canceled after coupon usage, the coupon cannot be reissued.

- Membership benefits are subject to change without prior notice.

- These benefits are valid until September 30, 2025.

Coupons

- Coupons can be used for purchases of 50,000KRW or more. 

- Coupons are issued automatically on the 1st of every month according to membership tier.

- Each coupon is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

- Each coupon can be used once per member.

Reward Points

- Reward points can be used 7 days after delivery is completed.

- Minimum order amount to use reward points: 50,000KRW (after discounts, before shipping).

- Reward points are valid for 1 year from the date of accumulation.

- Reward points can be used for orders of 2,000KRW or more.

- There is no maximum limit on the amount of reward points that can be used.

- Reward points are not reissued when an order is canceled or refunded. 

- In the event of an exchange or refund, used reward points will not be restored.

Birthday Coupon

- A birthday coupon is issued 7 days before your birthday and is valid for 30 days.

- To receive your coupon, your birthday information must be registered in your HUMTO account (My Page).

- Coupons will not be issued if the birthday is not registered or is registered incorrectly.

- Birthday coupons cannot be combined with other coupons.
